A Quick Note

Hello listeners!

As you have noticed, we haven’t posted an episode for several weeks. Over the past few months, Rob has continued to struggle with severe panic disorder. Sarah and Marion continued the show, but we miss Rob.

The Appendix Podcast is one more thing in Rob’s life that is causing stress, and stress is something he just doesn’t need right now. So after quite a bit of consideration we’ve decided to put the podcast on an indefinite hiatus. We have loved doing the show, and sharing our thoughts about writing with our listeners. We hope to be able to start up the podcast again soon.

Until then, keep that keyboard busy.

This was a difficult decision, because we’ve all enjoyed the podcast so much and because we’ve loved the response we’ve gotten from our listeners. Hopefully we’ll be up and running again soon.

Thank you all for your comments and emails. It’s been a great 35 episodes, and we hope for many more to come.

This means I can blame you if, without this podcast to listen to, my laundry never gets folded again, right? Kidding aside, I hope the hiatus is good for everyone — thanks for a great 35 episodes so far.

Really enjoyed the podcast– listening to you guys talk about matters writing and publishing has been enlightening and entertaining, and I look forward to when it resumes down the line. Best wishes!

No worries, thanks for the heads-up and I hope things go well for you Rob! I’ve enjoyed the episodes but I think I stated in another comment somewhere back that they aren’t the same w/o you. It just doesn’t have the same flow and chemistry with Marion and Sarah.
