Ep 16: Building a Platform, and Blogging

We’re joined by special guest Elana Johnson today to talk about two of her specialties:

First, we discuss building a platform. What does that mean? Why is it necessary for authors? How do you do it?

Second, we talk about blogs. How do you define a “successful” blog? How do you build readership? What are the best and/or essential technologies?

Our game today is another edition of Bad Romance, set in the deserts of Afghanistan and featuring a caveman named Stick.
